More Than Delivery: How Rabbit Laser USA Sets You Up for Success

You finally bought the laser you’ve been dreaming about. The truck shows up… and drops a giant crate at the end of your driveway—in the rain.

We hear this story too often. It’s also everything Rabbit Laser USA is not.

When you buy from us, you’re getting delivery inside, full setup, on-site calibration, and hands-on training—so you’re producing clean cuts and crisp engravings before we leave.

We bring your laser inside, install and connect everything, calibrate on-site, and train you until your first project is complete.

Safe Laser Delivery (No Curbside Drops)

We don’t do curbside. We bring your laser directly into your shop, classroom, or workspace and place it exactly where you want it. No soggy crates. No heavy lifting for you. Just a smooth handoff to its new home.

“I own two Rabbit lasers—one at school, one at home. The service is why I bought from Rabbit.”

Laser Installation & Setup—Done for You

You shouldn’t guess. We wire, plumb, and test every connection so you’re running right away:

  • Chiller connected for cooling
  • Exhaust blower & ducting routed for safe airflow
  • Air assist installed for cleaner cuts
  • Safety interlocks & E-stop tested
  • Water flow sensor confirmed (no cooling, no laser fire)

When we’re done, your laser is powered, vented, cooled, and tested.

On-Site Calibration for Cutting & Engraving Accuracy

Every Rabbit Laser USA machine is factory-calibrated before it leaves our warehouse. On install day, we double-check and fine-tune:

  • Beam alignment: verified across the work area
  • Motion accuracy: measured with a LightBurn movement test
  • Focus: confirmed for precision results
  • Scanning offset adjustment: demonstrated using LightBurn’s tool so text and fills stay sharp at speed

Press “Start” and you get sharp lines, true dimensions, and clean edges—right from the beginning.

Laser Training on Day One (LightBurn Included)

Your first successful project happens while we’re there. We walk you through:

  • Designing inside LightBurn
  • Sending files to the laser with the right cut and engrave settings
  • Understanding safety features (like the water flow sensor)
  • Running a real test cut and engraving job

Typical installation + training takes 4–6 hours, tailored to your team. You don’t just watch—you drive.

Lifetime Support After Installation

Our relationship doesn’t end when we leave. Every Rabbit Laser USA machine includes:

  • Lifetime phone and email support
  • Access to replacement parts and upgrades
  • Guidance whether you’re a school, business, or hobbyist

When questions pop up, you don’t waste time digging through forums—you call us, and a real person answers.

The Bottom Line

Buying a laser isn’t just about the machine. It’s about knowing it’s installed correctly, calibrated precisely, and that you can run your first project with confidence.

Rabbit Laser USA doesn’t leave your investment sitting in the rain. We deliver it, set it up, fine-tune it, and make sure you’re producing before we leave.
