Check Compatibility Before Ordering
Confirm that your existing pointer measures 6 mm in diameter and 10 mm in length, and that your machine provides the required 5V DC connection.
This module is smaller than the 10 mm diameter red-dot pointers used in some laser head assemblies. A holder designed for a larger pointer may not securely accommodate this module.
The pointer is non-collinear, meaning its visible beam does not follow the same optical path as the CO2 laser beam. Proper adjustment is needed to establish an accurate reference at the working surface.
Safety Note:
Verify electrical polarity before installation. Never look directly into the pointer beam. The red dot does not replace proper CO2 laser alignment or machine safety procedures.
