DL-90-1390 vs. SD-90-1390
The DL-90-1390 shares the same 51.18" × 35.4" cutting area as our SD-90-1390, but the cabinet and air assist are different. The SD series uses a separable cabinet to fit through tighter doorways and hallways. The DL series is a single-piece cabinet with a larger air assist system out of the box, making it a strong option if you have the access space and want extra airflow for cleaner cuts.
Please Note
Price does not include shipping or on-site training. For the best experience, we recommend adding our optional training session so you can get the most from your DL-90-1390 from day one.

How is the DL-90-1390 different from the SD-90-1390?
Will the DL-90-1390 fit through my doorway?
Does the DL-90-1390 have pass-through doors?
Yes. The pass-through doors allow longer materials to extend beyond the work area. This makes it possible to work on signs, boards, panels, and other projects that are longer than the machine bed.
The material must still fit within the machine’s usable width and be properly supported during the job.
What materials can the DL-90-1390 cut and engrave?
The machine can process many common laser-safe materials, including wood, acrylic, leather, rubber, fabric, paper, cardboard, and certain plastics.
Material thickness, composition, and desired finish will affect the settings and results. PVC, vinyl, and other materials that release harmful fumes should never be used in a CO₂ laser.
