CW-3000 Water Chiller – CO2 Laser Cooling System
LASER PARTS | WATER COOLING & CHILLERS
CW-3000 Water Chiller for CO2 Laser Machines
The CW-3000 is a compact, radiator-cooled water circulation system designed for use with water-cooled glass CO2 laser tubes. It continuously circulates cooling water through the laser tube and an internal radiator, where a high-speed fan helps release heat into the surrounding air.
Ideal for compatible lower-power CO2 laser systems, the CW-3000 provides dependable water circulation, digital temperature monitoring, and built-in flow protection. Its compact, freestanding design makes it a practical cooling solution for laser engraving and cutting applications.

Recommended Applications
The CW-3000 is commonly used with compatible lower-power CO2 laser systems, including:
- 30W CO2 laser machines
- 40W CO2 laser machines
- 60W CO2 laser machines
- Engraving and cutting systems using water-cooled glass laser tubes
Cooling suitability depends on laser tube requirements, room temperature, and operating conditions. For greater heat loads or extended operation, a refrigerated chiller may be necessary.
Important Cooling Information
The CW-3000 uses a fan and radiator rather than a refrigeration compressor. It removes heat from circulating water but cannot actively cool the water below the surrounding room temperature or maintain a user-selected temperature.
For best performance, operate the unit in a clean, well-ventilated, climate-controlled environment. Maintain adequate airflow around the housing, use the coolant recommended for your laser system, and regularly inspect the water level, tubing, and circulation.
