Brass G1/2 Hose Barb Fittings – 10mm (3/8") Tubing

These brass hose-barb fittings are designed to connect 10mm (3/8-inch) inside-diameter flexible tubing to compatible threaded water-cooling components. They are suitable for compatible CO2 laser water-cooling systems, water flow sensors, chillers, and other low-pressure water-circulation applications.

Available in male and female threaded styles, the fittings feature approximately 10.2mm hose-barb outside diameters and nominal G1/2-style parallel pipe threads with a 14 TPI pitch.

The female-threaded fitting includes a rubber sealing washer for use against a compatible flat sealing surface. The male-threaded fitting requires a sealing method appropriate for the mating connection.

Connection & Installation

These fittings can be used to connect compatible 10mm (3/8-inch) ID water tubing to a matching threaded water-system component.

• Confirm that the mating threaded connection is compatible before installation.
• For the female fitting, position the supplied rubber washer against the appropriate flat sealing surface.
• For the male fitting, use the correct sealing method for the mating port, such as an appropriate gasket or compatible pipe-thread sealant where specified.
• Secure compatible tubing to the hose barb with a properly sized hose clamp when required.
• After installation, circulate water through the system and check all connections for leaks before operating the laser.

Compatibility Note: These fittings are commonly suited to water-cooling connections, but compatibility with an individual flow sensor or chiller depends on its port dimensions and sealing design.
