Compatibility & Installation
This replacement pen is intended for Rabbit Laser machines equipped with a compatible three-wire autofocus system. Before ordering, compare the existing probe's mounting arrangement, connector shape, wiring configuration, and physical dimensions.
Important: Three-wire and two-wire autofocus sensors are not necessarily interchangeable. This replacement probe does not independently add automatic focusing capability to machines without the required controller configuration and motorized focusing system.
Disconnect equipment power before replacing the sensor. Install the probe in the correct mounting position and connect it according to the machine's wiring requirements. Do not assume wire functions based on color alone.
After installation, verify proper probe operation and calibrate the autofocus offset according to your machine's requirements. Incorrect positioning or calibration may cause inaccurate focusing or unwanted contact between the laser head and work surface.
