CW-3000 Water Chiller for CO₂ Laser Machines
The CW-3000 is a compact, dependable water-circulation system designed to help remove heat from a glass CO₂ laser tube. It continuously pumps coolant through the laser tube and back through an internal radiator, where an 8-inch fan helps release collected heat into the surrounding air.
This closed-loop cooling system is typically recommended for 30W, 40W, and 60W CO₂ laser engraving and cutting machines. By maintaining steady water circulation, the CW-3000 helps protect the laser tube from overheating during normal operation.
Unlike a compressor-based refrigerated chiller, the CW-3000 uses a fan and radiator for heat removal. The coolant temperature will be affected by the temperature of the room, making this unit best suited for climate-controlled workspaces and lower-power CO₂ laser systems.

Important Cooling Information
The CW-3000 is a radiator-based cooling system and does not contain a refrigeration compressor. It cannot cool the water below the surrounding room temperature or maintain an exact temperature setting.
For best performance, place the unit in a clean, well-ventilated, climate-controlled area with enough open space around the air inlet and exhaust. Use only the coolant recommended for your laser system and regularly inspect the water level, tubing, and circulation.
