Am I going to be able to have a technician at my site fixing my machine, if needed?

Yes! We can provide a technician at your site. We would need to work together to arrange cooperative schedules. Having a technician at your site would not be free. There would be charges according to: distance to drive, flight ticket costs, car rental, overnight stay (lodging), food, parts, time at your site, testing and debugging, training, .. Is the work needed for a warranty purpose? Is the work required due to non-warranty causes? What if the machine was NOT purchased from Rabbit Laser USA? We can still repair most any Chinese manufacturer's laser machine. Please call for more information or to schedule a technician.
